The Origin of chai Churi
During our travels in November 2022, we made an unexpected stop at a local dhaba. As we engaged in conversation, something caught our eye – a sign that read “Desi Ghee Churi.” We decided to try this unique combination, and it was quite amazing. This experience inspired us to open our very first outlet in Mohali’s 3B2 area.
This idea stemmed from our family traditions where the smell of desi ghee, the warmth of fresh rotis, and the taste of churi were like treasures. These delicious memories have shaped our lives. Now, our mission is to share these wonderful tastes and experiences with everyone!

At Chai Churi Cafe, it all started with a small dream: we just wanted to share delicious food that makes people happy. We didn’t just want to serve tea, we aimed to bring amazing dishes that excite your taste buds! Our cafe has 11 awesome teas, each picked because they taste really good and are good for you too.
We create our churi using top-notch ingredients like 100% pure atta, desi ghee, and Gudh Shakar, making sure each bite is filled with tradition and flavour. It’s all about giving you an authentic taste experience!
